Welcome to Prime Driving School (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms

  • All users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment for misuse or violation of our policies.
  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Students must meet the State of Michigan’s requirements for driver education enrollment.
  • Teens under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment and proper documentation are received.

Payments & Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full before the start of the program.
  • Refunds are subject to our internal policy and may not be granted after classes begin.
  • We are not responsible for additional fees charged by payment processors.

Class Schedules

  • Schedules may change due to instructor availability, weather, or other circumstances.
  • Missed classes must be rescheduled in accordance with our policy.
  • Students are expected to attend all classroom and behind-the-wheel sessions on time.

Student Responsibilities

  • Students must follow all traffic laws and safety rules during training.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination without refund.
  • A valid learner’s permit or temporary instruction permit must be carried during lessons.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide safe and professional driver training. However, Prime Driving School is not liable for accidents, damages, or legal consequences that occur outside scheduled training sessions or as a result of student actions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Prime Driving School and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised terms.
