General Refund Terms
Refund eligibility depends on the program type, start date, and notice period.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Classroom Courses (Segment 1 & Segment 2)
7+ days before start: Full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
3–6 days before start: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before start or after classes begin: No refund. One free transfer to a future session may be offered if space allows.
Behind-the-Wheel / Adult Lessons
24+ hours before scheduled drive: Reschedule at no charge or full refund (if applicable).
Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; a reschedule fee may apply.
No-show or late arrival (10+ minutes): Session is forfeited without refund.
Packages & Bundles
Refunds for partially used packages are prorated based on full (non-discounted) per-lesson rates, minus any administrative fees.
Unused lessons expire 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable Fees
Registration, processing, and third-party payment fees.
Books, materials, or certificates once issued.
Missed road test fees charged by third-party providers.
Program Cancellations by Us
If a class or lesson is canceled by Prime Driving School (e.g., instructor illness, weather, low enrollment), you may choose a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days; bank or card timelines may vary.
